Staff was friendly but once again understaffed due to COVID all wearing masks and gloves restaurant on the inside was clean

I am aware that Whataburger gets extremely busy late night and the line can get pretty lengthy and a tad slow during that time. But holy cow. This is without a doubt the SLOWEST one I've EVER BEEN TO! Took 45 minutes just to get to the voice box to tell my order. Most wouldve left but I was fully committed to the whole eating Whataburger idea.
