Lately the quality has gone down, the fries are floppy or stale, and our burgers keep getting made wrongly.

Lobby floors were dirty. One of our orders were missed. Surprised they are usually clean and prompt with orders.

This location is my favorite. No matter how inconvenient this location can be, I always come to this Whataburger. I don't trust any other locations near me. This location aces the fries every time. Their junior burgers are bomb. Even the hatch green bacon burger is mouth watering. The customer service is great, and they are always on the move. You never see anyone standing around, lol. It's a very busy location, but it is always worth the wait.
