Honestly if I can give it 0 starts I would! My wife and I went to go get Whataburger after work and we went to the drive thru, when we got to the window we waited around 8 minutes just to get our drinks. Then a couple of minutes later they told us if we could pull up to the front. After 10 minutes of waiting one of the employees comes and ask to see my receipt. Then they proceed to take another 15 minutes because they didn't have my order that I paid for. When I went inside I wanted an explanation from the manager and all the she could say was "are you missing anything?" Instead of answering my questions if why it took so long. They didn't even offer me my refund because when we got home we realized that the order was still wrong. They were missing my onion rings, fries and the sodas tasted like water. Honestly I love Whataburger but I will NEVER GO TO THIS ONE AGAIN!!!
