Entire order was wrong. We were the only customers had to wait just for everything to be wrong. Ordered doubles were given singles. I can’t eat tomatoes asked for none still was on there. Asked for no ice still received ice. My wife said no onions she’s still got onions. No attention to detail but they workers were laughing and playing like nothing was happening. This happens Everytime we come to this location. Whataburger is becoming a big let down to us now

Every time I order a potato taquito in any Whataburger and change the type of cheese, they charge me extra. It is a simple substitution that is free when done on the app. Besides this, the young lady who took my order was absolutely wonderful.
