Have been here multiple times and this location always seems to mess something up with my order.

I was going to give two stars, however their system had apparently been down for three hours prior to our arrival. My burger was good, my husband's burger was decent but came out cold. The fries were old and had been sitting there for a minute. The women's bathroom was disgusting there was sticky stuff all over the floor and toilet paper everywhere, my husband said the men's room was fine. On top of that, two different customers that ordered before us hadn't even gotten their food after waiting for thirty minutes and we had already eaten most of ours (they didn't have big orders, two sandwiches and fries each.). They didn't even get their food until after they demanded a refund and even after that the manager did not make them a priority and instead the poor girl working the front had to try to handle the situation. Luckily, they were irritated at the manager and didn't take it out on the front girl. All in all a poor experience.
