Worse service ever, waited for my order over 25 min thru drive thru, ask the girl what happened to my order she said waiting on fries, later a second one came out and said what was your order I said to her you don’t have my order on the computer I said just give me a refund back waited for 15 min more outside, till I decide to go inside and talk to the manager I explained to her what happened and she said here is the received of the refund, didn’t said sorry for any inconvenience or thank you or something first and last time I will ever go their don’t recommend it the one in Rio Grande City worse….

Worst whataburger around average wait time for a meal is 20-30mins. And that’s cuz it’s 7am they shouldn’t be this slow this early in the day
