The wait is a major issue at this location.

Don't bother coming to this place. We go becuase it's conveniently down the street. They have had plenty of chances. Something is always missing from the order or cold. Wait time is ridiculously long. In store, no acknowledgement or greeting. Waited 15 min for someone to finally come up to the cash registers. Curbside, is no point. Customers have to go in to ask for order but then your back to waiting for someone to come to the register. (The register area is more of an enclosed area) so unless you yell for someone or someone chooses to look, your going to have to wait. Wait time for curbside is around 50 (I timed it) I think you have a better chance if you go in.

Decent experiment at this location. Four of us came in on a Monday for lunch. Place was busy, drive-thru full. One cashier working the register and clearly understaffed. We were able to order quickly, but our food took a little while to come out and was a bit cold. We like Whataburger, but will likely go to a different location in the future that doesn't take as long and causes us to be late returning to the office from lunch.
