Horrible over charged me for things I did not order, and pd fo 3 apple pies and did not receive. This place messes up order all the timeHorrible serves

How come this place can never get the orders right. Almost everytime that I go here there's always something missing. I placed an order online and still it was missing items, and it wasnt even busy. Maybe instead of text on the receipt you should put pictures of the food. Your employees have a hard time reading the ticket apparently.
