Ordered chicken basket with 3 extra strips and ketchup, they gave me a burger with everything on it. After going back and showing them they completely got my order wrong they gave me a chick basket with only 3 strips and no ketchup.

I've had about enough of this Whataburger. For one the GM Andrew is the most unprofessional and rudest I have ever met. No one should ever talk to any customer the way he does. I mean really, I don't like talking or leaving bad reviews but my goodness. Secondly, they have gotten my order WRONG for the last time. It was cold, and the meat was undercooked. I just threw my order away. I can't.... It was disgusting.
