Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar in Katy

Amazing!! This little gem needs more attention. We decided to stop in as we drove by the sign so many times this past week. Boy am I happy we did! Drinks were well crafted, our antrees were delicious! Our waitress was friendly and genuine. Since this was only our first time there we will definitely go back and keep you updated.

This place is awesome. My wife and I had a lunch date there today. Food and service were both great and it was an awesome atmosphere. Aaron the manager is doing a great job and went above and beyond to bring us a piece of the whiskey cake…..which was delicious. We will definitely be going back.

Where do I even begin? Everything about this charming establishment was sooo good! First of all, you're enchanted by the smell of one of their signature candles in the lobby that they have for purchase called Whiskey Cream...and yes, it smells as good as it sounds...let's just say we ended up purchasing one the next day. Second, our server Samantha was AMAZING, super attentive and beyond sweet. My mom and I needed a place to go de-stress as my sister was getting a procedure done and we were very worried. We found this place and Samantha, the manager and the team put us in very good spirits! I had their New York Sour, recommended by Samantha, and it was delicious! My mom and I were getting a bit hungry so we ordered some food that I highly recommend for you to try! I had the Pulled Pork Sliders which also had apple slaw in it, I'm not one for slaw but, man oh man did it make a difference! It definitely is a must have on their menu. My mom had their Chicken and Cheese Melt, another recommendation, which she completely loved and said that it was another must have. We were advised to not finish all our food as the staff was telling us how we need to make sure to try the Whiskey Cake, I mean how can you not try what the restaurant is actually named after. I have never tasted a cake like this before, very rich, spiced and absolutely delicious! Make sure when you do dine here that you very well so save room for dessert, it's pretty big and you're not going to want to skip out on it!
