We were driving through Asheville and came across White Duck. One of the best and most unique places I have ever been and can’t wait to go back. Amazing atmosphere and food!

Good size tacos for $3.45 each! The inside of the restaurant is small and tight, but there is lots of outside seating, some picnic tables were covered with umbrellas. Unfortunately it was raining today when we were there for lunch. It was busy, but not packed, so there were several open tables inside. I had a Thai chicken w/ peanut sauce taco and a fish taco. Both were very tasty. My husband had the Gyro taco with lamb and a Carnitos taco. He said they were delicious, but to him "cheap" is 99 cents (I had promised him it would be inexpensive). For the rest of us realists, there were way more than 99 cents of ingredients in each taco! I would recommend White Duck Taco Shop for its variety and flavor. Friendly service at the counter where you order too.
