I'm currently sitting on an Amtrak Cascades train and out of desperation I stopped in the dining car to get a sandwich and was handed a White Knuckle Turkey Pesto on Whole Wheat. I precariously maneuvered my way through numerous cars back to my seat where I intended to share the sandwich with my wife. After unwrapping the sandwich I was immediately faced with rock hard bread with the edges so firm that they were not edible. As I attempted to peel the crust away the bread started to fall to pieces. Looking on the inside there was hardly any visible pesto (it looked like someone just flicked a couple of drops and went good enough), the cheese was full on goo/watery/nasty slime, and the tomatoes were extremely wilted and starting to rot. I can't believe that the sandwich is actually dated fresh. After being on the train for hour without eating I took two bites Hoping that I could stomach the mess. Needless to say the whole thing is now in the trash and I feel like I want to hurl. This is the last time I purchase a sandwich from this company or on Amtrak... $8 plus tax and tip in the trash. :/

As a business that orders from White Knuckle I wanted to leave a proper review based on their actual business model. 5 stars all the way!! We have been using white knuckle for a couple months now and our customers love the sandwiches. Very generous portions, excellent ingredients, and always super fresh. They swing by several times a week to rotate new fresh product in. This takes some of that stress off of our shoulders. Any cafe or coffee shop looking to add quality products to their menu should check them out. PIM Bicycles & Coffeehouse Seattle WA

Absolutely love the breakfast sandwiches. They provide a great alternative to a greasy sandwich before I go skiing. The Florentine has to be my favorite just because it's the only whole sale sandwich I've had with fresh tomatoes. Most are always transparent and mushy but I've always been presently surprised with the Florentine. I wanna try more sandwiches but I don't wanna miss out on this one.
