We made an inside reservation for a midweek breakfast, and it was a great experience. I was concerned about the COVID protocols, but everything was totally fine. There was a small crowd, so we had ample space for distancing. The food was delicious, with fresh, quality ingredients that were cooked with care (the Vermont Benny was really good...).
