I usually get the beef nacho fries it's the best. Not a lot of people know you can turn the nacho into fries but you can request it! It always hit the spot. I'm excited to get it again.

I saw this truck at the 626NightMarket this year. There was a long line but it was definitely worth the wait. When you come to a huge night market you are definitely going to wait for your food haha. The service was fantastic! The cashier made sure to answer all of my questions even help me decide what I should get which I ended up with a taco trio to taste all of the protein they offer which is Chicken, Beef, Sisig and Tocin...

When it comes to putting Filipino/Filipino fusion food on the map, the White Rabbit truck is OG!!! This truck has a strong reputation, particularly in the Filipino community. It's been a long time so I was so happy to get the chance to try an old favorite - Sisig Burrito! The burrito tasted better than I remembered! The garlic in the garlic rice was prominent, the sisig was salty and meaty, and the egg was the perfect touch. Everything just worked together well! I also think the food is fairly priced compared to other food truck prices. Overall, I can't wait to come back and try other items! I'd love to try their beefsteak and tocino. PSA: SUPPORT FILIPINO OWNED BUSINESSES! WOOHOO!
