This is an old fashioned dinner but I had to stop in because of the name. I ordered biscuits and gravy with two eggs on the side. I I must say for a deep southern city the biscuits and gravy was not very good. There's a big hotdog figurine close to door. The waitress said the hotdogs man's name was Frank.

Great food. Homestyle. My husband and I both ate with drinks for right at $20. Anytime we are in Alex city we will be going to who's diner.
