Update: We didn't ever hear anything but we did recieve a coupon for a free combo in the mail. It doesn't change the hassle but it is nice that the company seems to care about their customers. Changed review from 1 star to 3 stars. Came here for lunch since my 3 year old daughter wanted a corn dog. Ordered some food for my wife and myself as well. Arrived home only to figure out that they overcharged us for items that we didn't order as well as forgot my daughter's corn dogs (yes they are on the receipt) as well as didn't include any forks or napkins. Tried to call a few times but their phone just rings so I guess we just got ripped off (just not worth the time to drive back). I guess when you're struggling to maintain profit margins this is one way to boost money coming...
