Wild Ginger was one of the original "Asian Fusion" concepts in the country when this restaurant opened in the 1990s. The last time I ate there was probably 2001. I had to be in Seattle downtown last week for a work trip and this was just a few blocks walk from my hotel. Absolutely everything we had was stellar. Fresh, bright flavors, excellent service, lovely ambiance. We got the Chinese green beans, chicken pot stickers, tuna tartar, Mongolian noodles and the coconut pudding for dessert.100% recommend!

What can I say. Food quality was excellent and the service was very good. Lovely atmosphere and generally a lovely restaurant. Had a really nice meal and a welcome break from the rain. Green curry was really nice. Would certainly recommend.
