Great sandwiches. Bagel bread is awesome. Staff are super nice. Sizes were nice. I'm 220 lb guy and they filled me up. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a salad so I could try a few things. The salads were fresh and delicious. I saw some other reviews said they were small portions, they must have corrected that issue. So many fries I had to share with BOTH my kids! These thin fries were delicious. Highly recommend, NO BS. I do not know these people, just looking for a good sandwich near me and found it.

First time visiting after passing many times from the ferry, and it will likely be our last. The food menu looked very good, enticing us to choose it over a place across the street. We ordered the industrial sandwich and flat iron steak sandwich via mobile. We browsed the store while waiting for our food and purchased a drink - our cashier was kind of irritable and condescending about our visit, in part perhaps because we hadn't told them we arrived to pick up our food (it wasn't ready yet per the ETA on our online receipt), but definitely not friendly nor encouraging of first time customers to return. We were very hungry and excited to try the sandwiches after we got them. The flat iron steak tasted burnt, but not even in an overcooked way. It bitter and tasted kind of like gas. I mostly enjoyed the flavor profile of the industrial, but the bread was very hard to chew (not fresh?) which made the sandwich difficult and messy to eat. The fries were pretty good!

It was my first time trying this place and it did not disappoint. I had the flat iron steak sandwich and it was amazing! Great friendly staff at pickup and great atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.
