I accidentally called this location to place a to go order. The gentlemen who answer the phone (had a really deep voice -no name provided) was so polite and professional. I wish I knew his name so I could give a proper compliment. I ordered my whole meal and then he said you know we are at HWY 290 & Jones? OOPS. I called the wrong one. He laughed and said it happens all the time. I was suppose to call the Cypress location. If I am ever in the area I will stop here and eat all because this gentlemen was so professional.

Made a first time visit to Willie's Grill & Icehouse with some friends today. The appetizer and main entrees were really good. When visiting a restaurant for the first time, my friend and I typically like to pick two entrees and share them so that we can experience more than one entree at a time. What was impressive this time, however, was that the waitress understood what we were doing and when our food was brought out, they had already taken the time to split the entrees and served them on separate plates which was awesome. The wait staff was friendly and the manager personally came to our table to check on us and make sure that everything was to our liking. It was a great first time experience!
