Their crispy chicken sandwich is literally frozen tyson chicken tenders on a bun. The kind you would get in a middle school cafeteria. I expected fried chicken. Really embarrassing especially from a Restaurant like this one

After 2 hours of hiking we took the bus back to the drop off point Aspen Highland village and were famished. We stopped in at the Willow Creek Bistro and were not disappointed. The truffle Flatbread was light and packed full of delicious flavor. My husband fries were OK but the burger, chicken and side ceasar were great.
