Windows on the bay is like the 1000 islands region. It's the land that time forgot. The signage and online presence is poor. It's very hard to find information. Is it windows on the bay or is it Holland street bistro???Who can tell apparently it has flipped several times. If you happen to guess what hotel it is located in and call you probably won't get an answer.Now the food. It is priced similar to the other restaurants in the area which is to say entrees are $23-33. This would be fine if you were at a nice restaurant on vacation. Windows, like everything in Alexandria bay, is dated. Everything looks like its last been updated sometime in the 80s. The food is frozen and you could easily make it at home for half the price.The one exception was the clam chowder which was delicious. They also spice up olive oil in house as an addition for your bread. Past that there is nothing special happening here.
