Really good food. Wine burger, flat bread, salads are all good! Save room for chocolate cake with your wine!

My husband and I were traveling south on I-49, and just wanted to stop for a nice lunch. Only 2 minutes off the highway, The Wine Journal was perfect! Lovely inside, pleasant server and wonderful food! We both had paninis and I had a side salad that was made with crisp, fresh field greens and a tasty Strawberry Balsamic dressing. We heartily recommend, as they offered burgers, flatbread pizzas, entree salads and a good choice of appetizers. I was too full for dessert but they had a few intriguing choic...

This establishment doesn't even need a review as it's been said countless times before... A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words. So with that contemporary wisdom now shared let's just practice what that wisdom teaches. Here's What I received from the owner of The Wine Journal when asked about our order. Apparently he was intoxicated i understand that excuse but it doesn't change the fact that I was so embarrassed. Me and my husband will not be coming back. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the total disregard for human dignity on display that evening. Needless to say the food wasn't too bad but that's the only positive thing I can bring myself to say.
