I'm sitting in my vehicle parked directly in front of the door. I call in to order my food. which was wings and a salad for my girlfriend. The lady answering the phone was highly rude. she stated we won't prepare the salad until you come in. I told her ma'am it's fine I'm parked right in front of the door. she says "no we're not starting the order". I tell her ma'am I'm literally parked right in front of the door I. a big truck. I can see inside the restaurant. she states well you need to "literally" come in and then we can get the order started. I tell her she's being rude and she hangs up. Ma'am, if you read this review, my girlfriend is pregnant and she's feeling very faint so I was trying to make sure she was before I got out...instead of being smart and snappy, just try listening. good customer service cost nothing to give but you gain alot in return.
