Horrible customer service and the food was not fully cooked and not seasoned at all. The managers aren't held accountable to higher standards of professionalism.

I wish there was a way to give a negative star amount. The employee Claudia told me she is the "General Manager". Which she is NOT! I got CHARGED TWICE for the same order and she refused to fix it. She told that she is at the top of the Wingstop food Chain and her decision is final. This is not the first time I have had a problem at this location. HORRIBLE!
