Miss glory has awful customer service and i don't believe that she should be taking orders with that nasty attitude. Nice way for Wingstop to represent the company! Dirty tables, dirty establishment. Good job!!

I have been giving the benefit of the doubt to this location. However, the final straw was drawn when I spent over $50 and had to return my food because it was simply not edible unless I wanted a sick family. My lemon pepper wings were swimming in a pool of grease, literally the bottom layer was COVERED! That was after a significant amount spilled out. I had to take it back in a plastic bag because there was so much. I get there and there's no manager to do the refund and when called she says she has no authorization to give refund, the OWNER had to do it. I should've taken a picture and known better to belive that, welp here I am months later with no refund or call back. Haven't been back and refuse to. We would go at least 3 times a month, oh well!

Placed an online order this evening, then called in to modify the order since their website is not competent enough to allow modifications. Actually spent about 40 minutes on hold, total. After the first 12 minutes of hold, I called from a second phone only to be placed on hold again. Then I decided to just go to the store. I called back 3 more times, each time being put on hold with no discussion - "Wingstop, please hold." The last call, I just stayed on hold thinking I'd ask for the manager and inquire why I was still on hold. They couldn't be THAT busy, could they? We walk in, and there are literally FIVE customers waiting for their orders. Not a line of people, just FIVE. One customer was asking the guy behind the counter why his wife, who was on the phone, was being kept on hold. So, I walk up to the counter and ask the same thing. Then I showed him MY phone, which was still on hold, 15 minutes and counting. He responded that he was the only one working the counter and answering calls....
