Wow. I went to this Wingstop for the first and last time tonight. Food was okay, customer service, never mind, guess it isn't important. I placed my order for carryout online, and was given a pickup time of 43 - 48 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant about 45 minutes later. I stood in line (4 customers in front of me) for 10 minutes. I paid for my order and was told it would be another 15 minutes before it was ready. Happily it only took another 12 minutes instead of 15. I was handed my bag which was taped shut with some labels that said it was "sealed for my protection". I left, and drove home, opened the bag, and found out I was missing an order of boneless BBQ wings and my cheese fries didn't have ANY cheese on them! I tried to call the restaurant to get a refund on the missing food or go back to get it. I stayed on the phone with it ringing and transferring automatically for 5 minutes, and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! So now I have to decide if I am going to drive back, fight with the counter people about the $7 of food missing from my order and then drive home to eat my cold wings and fries that I left at home to go through all of that. I decided to post this warning instead for the next sucker that is considering an order not to trust the hermetically sealed bag. Tear it open before you leave and make sure you get what you paid for.
