Wow. I went to this Wingstop for the first and last time tonight. Food was okay, customer service, never mind, guess it isn't important. I placed my order for carryout online, and was given a pickup time of 43 - 48 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant about 45 minutes later. I stood in line (4 customers in front of me) for 10 minutes. I paid for my order and was told it would be another 15 minutes before it was ready. Happily it only took another 12 minutes instead of 15. I was handed my bag which was taped shut with some labels that said it was "sealed for my protection". I left, and drove home, opened the bag, and found out I was missing an order of boneless BBQ wings and my cheese fries didn't have ANY cheese on them! I tried to call the restaurant to get a refund on the missing food or go back to get it. I stayed on the phone with it ringing and transferring automatically for 5 minutes, and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! So now I have to decide if I am going to drive back, fight with the counter people about the $7 of food missing from my order and then drive home to eat my cold wings and fries that I left at home to go through all of that.
