I have to say, last few times O have been there they have screwed my order up but we wanted wings and I hadmy mother pick them up. My mom is 80. My got the order and brought them home. The order was correct, however my Momtoldme the story of how thd girl working the counter and steped to the. back part and told the kitchen the old lady wants her order. She walked back to myMom and my Mom asked her if she called her an old lady and she said yes, which give the rude brat credit an my mom asked her can old lady's tip and she said its not mandatory. My Mom tipped her a couple bucks. I want to let that girl at the counter she is lucky it was just my Mom because, I would have caused a seen.
