I went to this wingstop location today 1/9/22. They are usual pretty good at this location but not today. Maybe it’s the crew for today. The guy at the counter gave me my food and when I looked in the bag it was ranch dressing waste all in the bag . So I decided to check my wings and just as I felt the girl frying the wings fried my wings hard as hell and when I say hard I mean hard, not even biteable. I didn’t even ask for my wings to be well done. When they did my order over they still wasn’t how they usually be.. Y’all ridiculous. Also,, mysteriously the Dr Pepper fountain drink wasn’t working and had to wait until they fixed that. I can see why y’all don’t have 5 stars at this location with that type of behavior and bad customer service. Lord it’s just ridiculous. To me all of this was done on purpose and you don’t get points with Jesus he knows your heart..

I always wait an hour or longer for my food even if the order is placed online. I see employees standing around, texting, etc. & it looks like there isn’t any leadership.
