Wingstop in American Canyon

Employee Scratching head didn't wash there hands here and it was messy I don't think this place has standards

Great food ready for pickup on time. A great place to pick up dinner when we're in the area.

This is most likely the absolute worst wingstop I've ever been to. I actually hope my contact with wingstop corporate will make this location close down because the service is absolutely disgusting. I arrived at 10:48 by the time he was talking to me it was 10:56 and he told me sorry we are not taking anymore orders. Listen i understand sometimes places hate taking orders last minute but this locations child staff told me they changed hours and won't accept orders after hours when they are short staffed ( their is 3 workers ) i mentioned it's not even close to hours that they close and they mentioned a note on their door saying they close at 11, well man it's not 11 yet so can i order they played the sorry manager said and unfortunately he just left. Which is definitely a lie i believe. And then minutes after arguing the fact the kid at the front desk says we'll I'm the manager actually and we're not gonna take your order. I said how he mentioned short staff and i mention how many staff it takes to make food and he looks back and actually had the audacity to say more then 3... more then 3? How the **** does it take more then 3 people to make a 6 count of boneless wings. Lmao a legit joke of a location with children staff who won't take orders if it's inconvenient to them. Also, as I'm walking out i did say fucking kids which is not right i understand and then the staff turns and tries to fight me! Yelling something about being hard. What a sorry excuse of staff i can't wait for corporate to see and listen to my review cause this place needs to be shut down. Period
