Customer service bad I went to pick up a order via DoorDash and them mfs ignored me acted like I wasn't there I had my hand out showing them my phone like a idiot employees especially the cashiers disrespectful ass bitches

I hate that WingStop locations generally have low ratings because I love WingStop! I mobile ordered wings for pick-up. I timed it so that I had enough time to run into Raley's and my food should be about done. Ordered 30 piece wing meal. Wings weren't as crispy as they could have been considering I asked for well done but they weren't bad. They also weren't as seasoned as they normally are at other locations. I was quoted 21-26 minutes via app - I was picking up at 40 mins and it wasn't done due to them cooking the fries. In this case, it was ok because I hate soggy fries so it worked out but it would have annoyed me if I would have been standing there waiting the whole time. Staff was friendly enough - kudos to the front end staff that was cleaning and wiping things down during down time. IDK why but it made me feel better about coming into that WS - someone making sure things were clean.
