Waited 10 mins for someone to even ask why I was there - which was to pick up an order. Food was cold by time I was given the bag. And it isn't because they were busy.

Was told there wasn't a 5 piece option even though it's on the website, therefore, I decided to get the 6 piece but no combo. Employee told me that they can't make 6 piece without combo unless it's 10 piece? -1 point. Price for combo and how small the chicken tender is. -1 point. Soft fries, not enough spice and seasoning. -1 point. Floor seems like it hasn't been mopped for years. Sticky floor. Flies everywhere, seems like flies has been breeding and making this it homely at the store. Employees' hair aren't tied up. Kitchen looks dirty.
