Horrible customer service. Treated rudely. Ordered online for carry out. They made you pay online without the option to pay in store. Then even though we already paid we had to show proof. They made us show both our id and our debit card. Who asks for the debit card after it has already been paid??? Why were we treated like criminals when we followed their rules?

Normally this Wingstop is on point. For the last two visits they food was sub par. Fries were old and refried and the wings tasted like they were broiled.
