Ordered online and the order was delivered by Doordash. However my order arrived incorrect. Contacted Doordash who told me to contact Wingstop to request refund because they could not reimburse my card. I spoke to the manger at this Wingstop who told me they would refund and to allow 5-7 days for processing. 15-20 mins later I get a call back from the same manager saying that I needed to bring the food in order to be refunded. Such a ridiculous request considering the circumstances. Learn to take accountability for your mistakes. My order being incorrect is not my fault so why would you choose to inconvenience me even further. I will never order from here again.
