Worst experience from Wing Stop ever. I ordered on line, wings, fries, veggie sticks, drinks. I was not sent an email my order was ready, and when I entered the restaurant the app timer said I had 8-16 minutes before my order was ready. My order was already bagged, and the veggie order (separate)could not be found. When we got home the food was not hot, barely warm and I live 5 minutes away. The wings were hard and dry, liked they had been cooked and set aside, then just dipped in the sauce. The fries I had asked to be extra CRISPY, they were cold and limp. Wingstop has been a bit of a bumpy ride. Earlier on the service was super slow whether you called it in or went to the restaurant and waited for it. During Covid it was dependable for getting quality food to go at curbside. The wings are always good and standard. They always meet expectations. Lately the management has improved, the service is improved, and the restaurant appears to be a bit cleaner. I've never dined in there, because wings seem to be the kind of thing that you take home. It's great on a busy work night.
