I placed an online order and was notified the order would take 53-68 minutes. I arrived an hour after placing the order and the cashier told me it would take an additional hour and that I picked a specific time, not the truth. Came back 30 minutes later at the direction of the cashier, still not ready. But the cashier did provide me with something,,, ATTITUDE! Then she went on to blame the fryers. It would be nice to take responsibility for a mess up, it happens but not taking responsibility,,, pathetic.I appreciate the people working but come on is it at the cost of good service?

I feel like Wingstop doesn't get enough credit. This place has remained on top of their customer service and food quality throughout the pandemic. Really held it together!!
