I am a healthcare worker who only gets 30 minutes for lunch. I ordered over 85 dollars from Wingstop and was missing 2 orders and some sides. Since it was a delivery they said they could just let me pick up my order after work! So I would have to wait until 7 pm! I insisted for them to drop it off and they took it to the wrong hospital, although I have them the exact address. At this point I’m hungry and have no time left for lunch so I ask for a refund and they said it would need a managers approval which apparently takes them four days to get!! Needless to say my entire department is never preferring from this place again.

I had to write a review because we specifically tried this location after being fed up with the one closest to us, on Sawdust Rd. The guy that greeted us was kind. I placed order on line and it was ready on time. Everything was correct and no complaints about the food. I went on Monday and place was empty.

I order online to get my food ready at time was showing completed in the app, but what a surprise order wasn’t ready, the from desk was more slow then a turtle. When they finally give me my order it was missing a order of fries… I ask for a manager a came another slow person and acting like she don’t care I have to wait more time if I want my fries. So I requested a refund and they ask me for the food back. What a service… please stop going to that place.. work service…
