Waited on phone 25 mins to place an order. While waiting I decided to drive to the location. When I arrived I was still on hold no one was in the lobby. I place my order at the register while I was still waiting on the phone. Phone service sucks and employee couldn’t explain why I was on hold 25 mins when their lobby was empty. Poor customer service

Been coming here for many many years. The old crew was awesome. The staff has changed a few times since then but this new latest team seems to be doing ok. We love wings and Wingstop has some of the best!
