For the last 2 years this has been my wings spot. Always delicious and I absolutely love the variety. Unfortunately today was not the case. Hopefully it is just a one off but .... We first tried placing our order via phone call but the line was busy for over an hour. So we then decided to place our order via Grubhub. Initially the orders went thru only to find out 3 minutes later one of our orders were cancelled, no phone call or anything. Again I attempted to call but the line was busy. I went ahead and drove to the location to pick up my part of the order that wasn't cancelled. When i arrived the first young lady was confused. Another young lady came and acknowledged the confusion with Grubhub and apologized. She immediately explained that the flavor we wanted wasn't available and the app didn't provide alternate option it just cancelled that part of the order.
