We could not get a reservation at the first place we like to go. So, went here instead for a celebration dinner on Saturday. The place looked nice, and despite being early for our reservation got seated right away. The one napkin had crust on it, no big deal, I would have asked for a fresh one when the server came over. But... Then we sat there for 35-45 minutes without server, or ever having our existence being acknowledged. They managed to server and help the other groups around us, but didnt even look or way or bring a glass of water. We were towards the middle of the room, and hard to miss people. After about 35 min of sitting there, started to look for other places to go. When one of their staff was sitting there folding napkins and others just doing general non waiting on people jobs, we got up and left. I dont think anyone even noticed it. We probably could have walked out with a full side of beef we were so invisible. Maybe it was a bad night for them, but instead of making a scene we just left.
