Tasty pork belly with bourbon sauce, the egg and grits were well seasoned and cooked just right. Shout out to the server using inclusive non gendered language and actual gender neutral bathrooms here!

Witness is a wonderful place to eat and enjoy some tasty cocktails. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles. Both the chicken was perfectly cooked and the waffles were excellent. Typically a restaurant seems to mess up one of these things but Witness got both right. The bartender was fun, engaging and knew what he was doing. We had a couple of specials that were amazing. Turns out the bartender and his brother are a little competitive when it comes to designing their specialty cocktails. We are definitely going back next time in the capital hill area. This is a cool spot for food and conversation. This is not really a place to party but great for hanging out with friends
