I would give no starts if I could. This place has went downhill since the last time I tried them. After 3 years, I decided to order from here. Although the delivery was really fast the food was absolutely horrible. It looked and smelled like something out of a horror movie. The "chicken" was in no way chicken. If it was, it was old and chewy, but I'm sure it was mystery meat. The sauces were coagulated, eggrolls were over filled with something slimy and the rice...

If I could use zero stars, I would. After placing my order and having it delivered, I find that my order was incorrect. Missing egg rolls, crab fingers and of the 3 meals I ordered, only 2 of the meals arrived. When I called to find out about my missing food, the lady I spoke with on the phone just happened to be the same lady who delivered my order. She was extremely rude when she delivered the food and even worse over the phone. After speaking with the manager, I found that they wouldn't fix my order. The food was not up to par either, Hunan beef was full of gristle and lacked flavor, and the spicy shrimp was just disgusting. They used to be pretty good a few years ago, but I will not order from them again. Highly disappointed. Avoid Wong's Express
