Celebrated my birthday at Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill today. I ordered the brisket and was told that they could not cook it to a medium rare. Medium or well done. I ordered medium. The meat was dry and tasteless. I've dined here before and always enjoyed what ever I ordered. Never again. Really sad.
