When prepared correctly the food is very good, but the problem I've encountered is that it's rarely prepared correctly. I used to order take-out from here about once a week and at least 50% of the time some part of the order was incorrect. We tried them again recently and it was unfortunately the same issue.

The food was surprisingly good. However, the process for placing your order is puzzling. There are common computer terminals in the entryway where you make your choices. But if you are unfamiliar with the choices at Wooden Ladle, the process is daunting at best. The staff try their best to make your visit comfortable, but you are pretty much on your own to figure out what the dining possibilities are. I suggest that you go online before visiting and get a definite idea of what you want, because once you get there you will have much less information available. That is unfortunate.
