On 25 March 2020, Xanterra cancelled all reservations at Phantom Ranch through 21 May 2020. The Xanterra email did not explain that our only option was to reapply to the lottery which ended the day Xanterra sent the email. The email said to call the number in the email to reschedule.

Check in was a disappointing, staff was not helpful with anything regarding things around the area, carpets were disgusting. They have never heard of shampooing the carpet? Sheets had hair, stains, and lint. Absolutely would avoid booking with this place.
