I've been waiting for so long for this place to open back up because no one does it like they do. I love their pulled noodles. I got the tingly beef one and I got a cucumber salad too. These two things are my favorite combo because the cucumber actually is very refreshing! Warning do not wear white bc it splashed all over my tee. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!

Decent spot for biang biang noodles! I came here over the weekend with my family, and they're only doing takeout still. They do have a couple of tables outside, so if you're lucky you may be able to snag a seat. They have a little table next to the register with all these different condiments to go. They had sesame oil, chili oil, black vinegar, and soy sauce I think. The noodles had a great texture and had the right thickness and bite. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because it honestly won't spicy at all. Even the noodles that had two chilis next to it on the menu weren't spicy, and we were all adding a bunch of chili into our noodles but it didn't add much spice either. I had the stewed pork noodles, and I thought they didn't have much flavor to be honest. Of everything we ordered, the spicy tingly beef noodles and the Mt. Qi pork noodles were the best ones we ordered with the most flavor!

The beef noodle at Xi'an noodles is my go-to in the area! Used to dine in a lot but now picking up orders instead. Both very positive experiences. Highly recommend!!
