The food at Yai’s is good. However, there’s a woman who is typically the one who takes the orders who’s so rude it’s insane! This evening I decided despite my past experiences, to bring my daughter who’s never dined there. Sure enough, we asked to have a seat and the lady gave us a sickening look and proceeded to be rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. This is the last straw. We requested to speak to the owner, who kinda heard us out but she never apologized for her mother/server’s horrid behavior even though I made it clear this was not the first horrible experience. We’re done. Plenty of great restaurants in the area. Beware!

We ordered vegetarian food and got food items with chicken. Moreover the noodles as well as spring rolls were completely tasteless. We had to unfortunately trash all the food. Owner - pls contact us.

She explained no one else had complained about the soup "that day" but she would look into it. Today, Carolina called me back to say that she and the chef decided that the soup was good and that they would not consider "making it right". Sad day when the customer experience means nothing to the establishment. This will be...
