Ray: Last week Josh and I visited Yanni's Greek Restaurant in Phinney Ridge.  Yanni's was on Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares a while back and I really wanted to drop in to see the place. We arrived, as we usually do, really early.  We were the first customers of the dinner hour.  We were told to sit anywhere we wanted, which we did.  Right away we noticed this fairly loud, very low pitch vibration that seemed resonant with my skull.  When we asked what it was, we were informed that it was a knife sharpening business next door.  It was really loud... We placed out orders really quickly.  I went with the Lamb Burger, because it sounded so good.  They also carried an IPA, but I never caught the brand.  Our food took a little bit too long, but I can cut them some slack because we are so early.  It may have taken some time to heat up the flat top or something.  Just before the dinners arrived the droning vibration stopped.  I can tell you that I didn't realize how oppressive that sound was until it stopped.  It actually felt good...which I find a little disturbing. When the plates arrived, beautifully arranged, I requested fresh ground pepper on my salad.  I had to laugh because the waitress/server/hostess got pepper on my  salad, all over the table as well as me.  I like pepper, but come on...  No biggie really. Yanni's Greek Restaurant very easy to spot from the outside.  Bright lights and colors.  The interior is clean and inviting.  The service is great and the burger I had was one of the best in recent memory.  I freaking loved it!   I am going with four start for Yanni's.  I really wanted to go with five stars, but that oppressiv...
