I think most of us would agree when I say, "Hot Pot is life". However, due to pandemic times, many options are limited and with the cold weather setting in, what's a person to do when those hot pot cravings hit? The answer: head over to Yintang Spicy Hot Pot! While you won't get to eat hot pot the traditional way of cooking over a flame, Yintang's dining concept offers a safe and unique way of enjoying your food at home. You pick your ingredients buffet style which is then charged by the pound at $11.99/lb. There's a huge variety of items to choose from: veggies, seafood, mushrooms, proteins and noodles. After your ingredients are finished cooking, you take home your ingredients and a delicious soup as accompaniment. The soup looks to be pork-based and is similar to a creamy Japanese tonkotsu style broth in which you can choose your levels of spice.
