Very disappointed,the concept is interesting not the experience nor the food. Broth over an electric stove at the table a small bowl of veggies which consisted more of Napa Cabbage than anything else. Had white chicken sliced along with a little sake. The broth reduced so quickly the dish became too salty. Ordered Sukiyaki broth which didn’t taste too authentic. I was desperate for water (which barely came at the end) from sodium overload. Recommend if you plan to sweat out a cold. Between the soup and sake I was burning up!
